The current thought, in some circles, is that being a Fundamentalist is a bad thing. I checked out a list of “Must Read Christian Blogs” and found several of them to be critical of “those people” who take the Bible at It’s Word. I could almost hear the whispers of – “Did God really say, ‘You can’t eat from any tree in the garden’?” Gen 3:1b HSCB
But this is the oldest trick in the book. Isn’t it? By getting Eve to question Gods Word, while at the very same time, looking to see how strong her relationship with God was, he was able to plant a seed of doubt in her. The rest, as they say, is history.
How strong is your faith? How close are you to Him? Could a seed of doubt be planted in you?

Oh my. That seems so black and white. Not a lot of grey area to side step things that make us feel uncomfortable. Almost like – Who is not for me is against me. or I am the way the truth and the life and no man cometh unto the Father except by Me. or Go and Sin no more.
If you are faced with the decision to believe the Word of God or not you are making a fundamental decision. One that will have lasting (everlasting) consequences.
Choose carefully and be blessed
